At Toylantis Collectibles, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.
Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-7 business days after your order has shipped. All domestic shipments include online tracking, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the Fedex, UPS or USPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or do an email search of "Toylantis Collectibles.".
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO HAWAII OR ALASKA
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that this processing time may vary based on the product ordered.
Shipping Methods: We currently offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-7 business days.
- UPS Standard Shipping : Delivery within 5 -10 business days
(Please note : We do not have any control over Delivery times, Postal Service may encounter delays due to weather and other obstacles)
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Customers will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before placing the order.
Free shipping within the US 48 states
ALL FREE SHIPPING ORDERS WILL SHIP GROUND/ECONOMY (USPS OR UPS) REGARDLESS OF OPTION SELECTED. DELIVERY WILL RANGE FROM 3-12 BUSINESS DAYS.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during shipping, including lost or stolen packages.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to confirm the shipping address and re-ship the package at the customer's expense.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also check the status of your order by using the Chat feature on our webpage. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at toylantiscollectibles@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
